Crich Baptist Church Podcast Pulpit

As well as streaming or downloading sermons in the usual way, you can also subscribe to our weekly sermons podcast. Podcasting is a relatively new way of downloading an mp3 sermon, and being able to listen to it on your computer by using a free player such as iTunes, or on one of a variety of similar players, such as  Yahoo! Music Engine, or Juice.

When you have one of the above pieces of software installed on your computer, you can then subscribe to the podcast, or podcasts of your choice, and automatically download the next 'episode', or sermon as soon as it becomes available. You can then, if you wish, transfer it to your portable mp3 player.

To manually subscribe to the Crich Baptist Church Weekly Podcast, and automatically receive the sermon that we have made available, then the simplest way is for you to :

copy the following link to the 'subscribe' field of the particular Podcast software you are using - http://www.crichbaptist.org/cbcpodcasts.xml

To subscribe to receive sermons podcasts from Crich Baptist Church is FREE

The Podcast sermons we provide will be converted at a higher rate (56kbs or 64kbs) so as to provide a better quality listening experience, especially as some of you may wish to 'burn' the sermon to CD.

So that we do not consume too much storage space on our servers, and because of the file size of each sermon, they will only be retained on the server for approximately four weeks after they are first broadcast. The same sermon, but with a much smaller file size will continue to be available after this period through our normal streaming / download Sermon Directory pages.

Our prayer is that the Lord may use this aspect of our work to the benefit of all. We would love to hear from you, so if these sermons are a help or encouragement to you, do please feel free to contact us and let us know.
